S275JR carbon steel plate is a low alloy high-strength structural steel plate, and the execution standard is EN10025 special technical conditions. Its chemical composition includes elements such as carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, and sulfur, with a carbon content of about 0.23%, manganese content of about 1.5%, silicon content of about 0.4%, phosphorus content of about 0.04%, and sulfur content of about 0.05%.
S275JR carbon steel plate is usually delivered without heat treatment, with a tensile strength range of 430-580MPa, yield point ≥ 270MPa, elongation after fracture ≥ 14%, impact temperature of 20℃, and impact energy ≥ 27. The standard dimensions and specifications are 6mm to 150mm thickness, 1800mm to 2500mm width, and 8000mm to 12000mm length.
